Our Instructor Jeff Baril gives his lectures and explains how a good understanding of fine spirits makes for great sales. Other lecture topics include: Wines, beers and the Fine-Art of providing our world class service. Jeff's experience in the field as a bartender at various night clubs and pubs coupled with his experience as head door man at Tijuana Yacht Club provide valuable insight into all areas of Bar Operations. By graduation students will be confident, not just in their practical abilities as bartenders but also their knowledge of alcohol and night club intricacies.
